Customer module

The customer module can be used to export organizations from HyperPortal to XDMS customers. Organization import can be configured in the XDMS tab in the settings. The XDMS customers are stored in the 'Relations' tab in XDMS.



Some properties in this module have unique mappings. The CDcust field(customer type) should receive a code (for example 10). To get the list of the possible codes open any XDMS customer, then go to the 'Genera' tab - 'Accounting', then click on the icon near the 'cust. type' field.

The customer type then will be displayed depending on the code. It`s recommended to have a separate entity in HyperPortal to store customer types, the codes should be stored in the xdmsExternalRef property of this entity.

This is how the mapping will look like - CDcust = customerType.xdmsExternalRef

The 'CDcnty' field should be referred to by its code. Countries in XDMS are stored with the two-letter code



In HyperPortal those codes are stored in the 'entityId' property of the country entity. The mapping will look like this - CDcnty = country.entityId
