Errors

Sometimes, while working with the HyperPortal, you will receive errors of a different nature. Not all of them are critical and something can be solved on your own.

An error is possible when creating/updating a entry in the database. This means that the entry was added earlier, and now it is deleted. The entry was removed to be displayed in the interface, but it actually remained in the database, just marked as deleted = 1. To resolve the issue, change the value of the gen_entity_id field or restore the deleted record from the database.
