Limitations
- The system will not react if files on S3 are updated more often than once every 5 minutes
- The system does not react to the updates `cust.json` file
- `rel-contact.json` depends on `cust.json` so we react to `rel-contact.json` taking into account that it will be loaded after `cust.json`
