Automated processes start after certain triggers. You can set those triggers on the entity settings page. Choose an entity that you want an automated process for (e.g. you have a 'payment' entity and you want to send payment details to the customer when the payment goes through) and click on the 'gear' icon -> Triggers.
There you can see three different triggers. You can set the automatic creation of the process during the entity`s creation, deletion and update.
After the trigger is turned on you will see a new automated process in 'Workflow processes'.
There you can see the new automatic process. The name of the new process will have 'CMS' at the begging, the name of the entity in the middle, and the name of the trigger action at the end (CREATE/UPDATE/DELETE). You can edit the new process by clicking on the 'gear' icon.
You can edit only 'view' permissions for automated processes.
The entity item that triggered the process will be always displayed in the CMS section.
