description goal follow up the change requests you receive from your contacts this flow is visible for the contacts linked to the gdpr portal group docid\ czwn2t mnqgzxvzcbdmys , are responsible for following up the processes within the foreseen deadline a task with a change request appears when a contact adjusts his contact information in https //docs hyperportal org/doc/yosq8qr4paxqxkhmkptxo/kyqzxtgjr4ckjnbpqxxlm docid\ yosq8qr4paxqxkhmkptxo 6 1 overview flow 6 2 overview steps a new gdpr change request appears in the gdpr responsible dashboard when you open the task, you see the gdpr change request flow the contact details how requested an adjustment of their details a task you have to take, so the others working the hyperportal see you are working on this request below the contact information you find an overview of the fields that were adjusted when no information is available in the fields, there wasn't update of information the original information you can consultant by clicking the name of the contact in blue or by using the history icon next to field on the right when you click the history icon, you get an overview of the original information and the new information available here you find the original information with the arrow, you can set back the original information notice that you always have an overview of how adjusted the information when 1 validate the changes and send update when you went through the changes and they maybe updated in the hyperportal and pushed to xdms, you select 'yes' 2 1 when you select 'yes' for update adjustments and mark the task as done the contact details will be updated in the hyperportal (step 2) the updated information will be pushed to xdms (step 3) a confirmation email is sent to the contact (step 4) on the left in the process you find an overview of the tasks completed confirmation mail sent to the contact 2 2 when you select 'no' for update adjustments the adjustments will not be pushed and not be adjusted in xdms and the hyperportal the contact will still receive a confirmation mail
