Send SMS

This process will send SMS to the chosen number. This task has the following settings:

Phone number - here you can choose a phone type field from all linked entities.

Default message - here you can type the message that will be sent each time the process is triggered. Entity values can be included (e.g. "Thank you {{customer.firstName}}, ..."), however, be aware that the message will be limited to 160 characters. You can also edit the mapping of the message.
