Metrics
Metrics are used to measure and analyze various aspects of data or processes. They help you visualize and understand the information presented in the table below them.
To add metrics you need to click on "Edit view"
The side drawer with settings will open and scroll down to the Metrics section. Click on + Add metric
The “Add Metric” menu will open additionally, where you'll see the following parameters:
- Can add metric title name (1)
- Choose metric type (2)
- Select Field (3)
- Add grouping property (4)
- Turn on toggle in percents (5)
- Add metric unit title (6)
- Meet following conditions (7)
- Cancel button (8)
- Save button (9)
Metric titles can be added in up to 6 languages for now (you must have these languages enabled in your tenant settings):
- English
- Français
- Nederlands
- Polski
- Deutsch
- Italiano
Metric count operations: you can read more about the different metric type operations here.
"Average", "Sum", "Min", and "Max" only for number property
"Count unique values", "Count values" for all properties
Metric field: this is the property on the contents of which the calculation will be performed.
Choose any property for the metric
Grouping property: this is only relevant in the case when you want to setup a grouped metric, otherwise this can be left empty.
- You can group by plain text, entity, and email property
- If you select property grouping, additional metric settings will appear, where you can select grouping by count/alphabetical and set the maximum display from 1 to 50 rows
Units:
Display metric in percent
Add unit title
Meet the following conditions:
A place where you can click and display all results in the table (1)
- Count of all property items where you can click and table show results matching your criteria (1)
- Metric title (2)
- Showing results matching your criteria (3)
- Input field to search for a specific item (4)
- Count of specific items (5)
- Item name (6)
