# Overview

With the Spacing block, you can control the space between two blocks.

### Background color

Click the rectangular box to select a solid background color.

### Spacing Height

There are 3 options for Spacing height: **Small**, **Medium** & **Large** It can be adjusted in the block setting on the right as shown below:
