# General information

Ireach Import engine imports vehicles from xml files from `s3://prod-ireach-import/{{tenantId}}` every day at 7, 13 and 18 UTC.

It **does not import** vehicles from files uploaded on the day of current import.

It sets `isOnline: true` for vehicles from files uploaded in the <u>**last completed day**</u>.

All other vehicles are going to be marked as `isOnline: false`.

## Example

E.g., if it is Wednesday import:

- Files excluding Wednesday are going to be imported (if there was files for Wednesday they will be kept for tomorrow)
- Vehicles from the XML files which was uploaded on Tuesday are going to be marked as online
- All other vehicles are going to be marked as offline.

##  Configure credentials

In command line:

| $ aws configure<br />AWS Access Key ID \[None]: **AKIARVOJYZJWV4G7HTZX**<br />AWS Secret Access Key \[None]: **EP4tz9JTFJjxM/qRIRWlj9w8fpQ9r8iE33l3w8tu**<br />Default region name \[None]: **eu-west-1**<br />Default output format \[None]: **json** |

## Test connection

| $ aws s3 ls **s3://prod-ireach-import/ciac** |
| -------------------------------------------- |

Should run without errors.

## Upload files



**s3://prod-ireach-import/** is the Ireach Import bucket URL.

**s3://prod-ireach-import/ciac** is the CIAC tenant directory URL.

Change **&#x7B;&#x7B;YOUR\_FILE}}** to your file path.



### Import details

If Ireach car has **status** equals to **"Depot sales free"** it will be imported to portal with status **"Pending"**
