## Workflow to create/share

1.  QuickSight: 
   `Create dataset` -> `Create analysis`  -> `Share::Publish dashboard` -> `Share::Share dashboard` -> `Choose user(s) or group(s)` (see limitations)
2. HyperPortal:
   Set a `HyperBI users`  group with a `HyperBI` permission for User.



## How it works

When user go to HyperBI page in the portal first time, app create user account on the QuickSight side with parameters:

- name: `prod|staging` -statistics-service-QuickSightEmbededRole-TD33LV1COFEG/ `tenantId` -- `user title` - `user entityId` 
- email: `tenantId` -- `user title` - `user entityId`  

Also user will be added to group of own tenant: `tenantId` - `staging|prod` . This **group** will be created when some user open `HyperBI` page first time from this tenant.

## Limitations 

So, from the above text, we get limitation: 

1. That we can share dashboard for group: some users should the first visiting page `HyperBI` in the portal that app will create group of tenant in the QuickSight.
2. That we can share dashboard for user: users should visiting page `HyperBI` in the portal  the first that app will create user account in the QuickSight.



## Recommendations

You can share dashboard to tenant group and all users will see it at once and you don't need share dashboard for each user. 
Use sharing for user when you want to show the dashboard not to everyone with `HyperBI` permission users.
