processMetaId is the same as definitionId
processRunId is the same as entityId, in fact it is an entity for a process for example ATP-1111
processRuns is a list of running processes

taskMetaId - ???

the process has tasks configured (activity)

the running tasks of a particular process are taskRun
definitionId looks like this
