Then it starts the **End of lease** process for the first one and the **Guaranteed Buy-Back **process for the second contract. # End of lease process This process is started by the Contract ending process. AOM Owner - here you should select your account. The account that is selected here will receive all test emails. Contract options - all options except the 'No letter required' will push the process flow forward, 'No letter required' - if this option is selected the process will be completed after the task is marked as done. Reminder duration (days) - this is an optional field, here you decide when the customer receives a reminder letter if the form is not filled in.
