Get entity values

This task can get values for the 'entity' type properties of your process, based on the filters that you set. First, you should choose an entity that will be scanned for items.

Then you should set the conditions

Then you need to choose the process 'entity' type property that will display foud items. Keep in mind that the property will display multiple items only if the 'list' option was enabled during the creation of the property.

You can create a task that will get all customers that allowed emails in their communication preferences. First, we need to choose a contact entity, then we need to set filters (see screenshot below).

Then choose the output entity. Now you can see all needed contacts on the process page.
